Random Happenings!
Just a quick run down of upcoming events that I think everyone in the central Florida area should attend:
Florida Film Festival

So many good movies are premiering at the film fest this year! The festival itself is getting bigger and bigger evey year.
Highlights that I will be at, and suggest you go to as well are seeing Mary Stuart Masterson's feature directorial debut with "The Cake Eaters." I have always liked Mary Stuart Masterson, but I fell in love with her when I saw her on Broadway in Nine (with John Stamos!) She was excellent, and theatre (I think) is very much so, her thing. I am she will excell at directing too! She will be hold a question and answer session after the showing, which should be interesting. You can read more about the movie at the FFF web page.
I will also be attending the viewing of Woody Allen's Bullets Over Broadway with Jennifer Tilly. You havent haven't seen this movie, now would be a perfect time. It's showing at Revel 17 at the WInter Park Country Club, just down Park Ave from Rollins College. Afterwards there is a cocktail party to kick off the festival happenings.
You can buy tickets for either events above, or for any of the other 186 films showing, on the website or at the door. But tickets generally go fast, so I suggest you plan ahead.
And now for my favorite park of this weekend.. .... WRESTLE MANIA!
Thats right, I am stoked for this event. Not so much the actual event, as I wont be watching due to the fact we're shooting the event, but I am so excited about all the festivities that are taking place between now and then. For instance, tomorrows induction ceremony of RICK FLARE to the hall of fame. One of my all time favorite wrestlers, only second to the Undertaker (circa 1994.)
