What were you doing one year ago today?

Thanks to LJ I really can tell you what I was doing last year on this day! I was in Seattle, trying to get rid of our furniture. I had just started my job search in earnest, and had gotten five recruiter phone calls in response to putting my resume up online. I was starting to brace myself for saying good bye to our home, and all of our friends. And honestly, I was totally looking forward to getting out of my old job!
This was a Sunday last year, and I was preparing for packing up our house and moving to the Bay Area. I didn't know exactly when we'd go, or where we'd end up house-wise or job-wise- but I knew we were going!
A year later and I can say that I'm really glad it all worked out. A cool job, a new house, and being back home in California. I really couldn't have asked for it to turn out better.
