Well first and for most i quit.......weight lifting, upon consultation of a new friend it's too much for my body and bones to take, and it's why i'm so heavy i just keep putting on mass (my arms are mad nice right now, but i gained more muscle and didn't lose fat) so i'm going to switch to bodyweight conditioning, calisthenics, hip hop abs (i'll explain later), some african dance, oh and boxing training(for free).
Major NSV!!!! So I met THE GUY, totally by chance, but he's into so much im into (vegetarian but eats fish, fitness, intelligent, independent, has locs, is a dj, and is smoking hot.....seriously), i'm looking at this situation like it's a blessing because that's how i see it so far, but only time will really break shit down. Oh related to fitness he's going to train with me (he went to golden gloves at some point in his life, and also did karate) soon (as in like the next couple of weeks) and i'm going to throw down my culinary skills and feed him good food. He likes kale!!!!
So i'm all happy now and glowing i feel like super-extra positive.
Oh and hip-hop abs is this really great looking beginners dance/workout series that works the core really hard via.....you guessed it hip-hop dance training!!
