did the gym thing today but cut out the cardio (been coughing i want to save my lungs). I gained the weight i lost back, i see it in my tummy (bad) and breasts (good). I have 15 weeks left to get it together, the cold threw me off, but that's ok, i'm going to start counting calories again (if not today, tomorrow) i want to be 170 by march 5th that's 2 weeks from now, a very reasonable goal.
