tired

well did my thing in the gym today, i was sluggish so i only burned 891 as opposed to 900 i feel a little dissapointed i should have pushed myself and worked harder through the fatigue, but it's a lesson learned. I'm still not an 11/12 yet, it's taking forever to just drop this one size, but i did buy a pair of apple bottoms in a 7/8 (which are really an 11/12, their sizes are off) hopefully if i stay on track during august and stay busy and moving i'll be able to fit them by the begining of september.

I currently weight 165, the month ends in like a week so i doubt i'm going to lose 5 pounds in a week, i'm not really stressing it, fuck the scale. I just really, really, really, want to lose my gut and love handles, i know it doesn't happen overnight, but still i've just been feeling fat.....cuz i am, and i just can't seem to stop myself from grabbing my problem areas and staring at the extra jiggle (not the good jiggle, the bad jiggle). Man, i better see some improvement by October, i don't think i'm going to hit goal untill November though.
