Dude, put ice on your hand and take some aspirin, that should help with the pain, and if it doesn;t get any better in a few days, you should go to a doctor because you could have done something bad to it when you hit that post.

I always seem to have something wrong..like my back, my eyes, my wrist, my shoulder..etc.. it can be quite annoying..but I never go to the doctor for it, unless it's the chiropractor! :D I love that guy :) (just so you know, he is a grandpa..so not romantic love...just love how he fixed me up :P )
