Thank goodness its Friday...
This week has just dragged ON and ON! Seriously....And it feels like I've never been away...*sigh*
Ok, so what's new? Nothing really. Apart from the fact that I spoke to my grandma earlier, she said she was feeling a lot better today :) and so she feels like she is really on the mend. So, as you can guess, I'm pretty pleased about that!
Plus, we (as in my English class!) are trying to organise a trip to London so we can go and see two of the plays we are studying for A-level, Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf, and Measure for Measure. I doubt very much that the school will organise it for us, because they are nasty like that! But anyway, if not, we might just go by ourselves, which would be fantastic! And, if thats the case then I want to go on the weekend of the 11th of March. *nods* Guess why?? Lol, you're right! Leicester are playing that weekend, near London. In Luton to be precise, and one of my friends says she'll go with me!! That would be amazing. I adore going to any football match, especially if it involves my City. And away is great too, you get a lot of the true fans :) So, thats my plan anyway!!
I'm looking forward to the 27th and 28th of January! It's going to be fantastic. It's the 18th birthday of this guy in my class, who I get on well with (we talk about football loads, lol) and for his birthday present, loads of us (well, about 8!) are paying the plane ticket for his girlfriend to fly over from Madrid. That's our present to him....and Ferran knows nothing about this!! So we'll go and collect the girl at the airport and everything and then Ferran will just come to one guy's house, and Raquel will be there! And we will have videoed it all! I can't wait to see his face...
That's about it...well, England have announced their squad for India (minus 1 spinner, prob will be Parnesar (sp)). No Anderson in the tests :( simon Jones is back though!!
Oh yes, and the draw is out for Melbourne. It could be worse I guess.....
