Let me tell you internet

It's a hard life being a noodle guy. People just won't stop hounding me to make my broth in shrimp flavour. Can't they see my yarmulke? You think they'd walk into Nathan's Famous and ask for a chili cheese dog? Eldoon's Noodles will be kosher til the day I die, mm-hmm, even if I can't afford a rebbe to certify my kitchen.

But on the subject of my kitchen, I been trying out some new things recently. I hope you all will come try my soup, tell me what works, what doesn't. This week I'm crying the town selling a miso broth, with lots of butter and salt. (Mind it, folks, when there's butter in my broth, I'm only doing veggie toppings. You can always get a big slab of meat someplace else, but miso is mighty tasty, mm-hmm!) I'm trying for a more authentic Japanese fast food feeling. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. You gotta come down and tell me! Remember, I'm usually parked down by People Park.

And hey, iffin it bothers you that my LJ's been looking like a giant billboard for Eldoon's Noodles recently, feel free to unfriend me right here because, let's face it, my life is that stand. Work starts early, ends late. Almost like being a doctor.

I miss being a doctor, you know. It's a crying shame, it is... but I won't go into that now.
