1. If you were an outsider coming into your room for the first time, what would you assume about you?
That I am very tidy, but have a lot of random stuff that I probably don't need.
2. Did you tailor your myspace to fit you or to prove a point to people visiting your page?
I don't have a myspazz, although if I did I would probably change it around a bit.
3. Are you irish in any way?
No. I am an eastern european potato-muncher instead
4. What colour are your socks?
Pink and grey stripes
5. What's your desktop right now?
A very gothic black and white photo of a raven on a wall waiting to swoop. I heart the Edinburgh Flickr stream.
6. Last magazine you read?
Cosmo or Glamour or something equally bad in Cheese's room.
7. Most recent artist you've discovered?
Faile and Durer in terms of art, although if we are talking music then Broken Social Scene or We Are Scientists
8. Last concert you went to?
NME Awards, with Maximo Park
9. Do you want to change the world?
Yes, but I am too lazy to actually do it
10. When you walk into the room, do people notice you?
Depends if I am putting in the effort or skulking in a corner.
11. Do you have political views?
Yes, and I beginning to think that the ANC are a lazy party with guarenteed support.
12. Do you write poetry?
No, as I am not an emo or a lesbian. (GCSEs turned me into a poetry hater)
13. What's your favourite lyric at the moment?
"I'll bring home the turkey if you bring home the bacon"
14. Your view on anorexia?
I can see why it would be fun for a while but again I would be too lazy to make a good anorexic. I also think that our culture created it as you don't get anorexics in the developing world.
15. Something you would like to win an award for:
Newsreading... hahahahahah...
16. Posters on your wall:
The ubiquitous world map, an Unknown Pleasures tube map, a Cartier-Bresson poster, wall planner, a collage of Sagrada Familia I did myself, loads of pictures I have taken, a list of important anthropological terms and a few postcards
17. Something really spontaneous you've done that you'll never forget?
Going to Peru with 5 day's notice. Going to Nazca with one hour's notice. A lot of nights out this semester.
18. Keep a diary?
Only lj and when I'm travelling.
19. Keep anything dirty in your diary?
Sometimes I code it in to the main body of the text, although there are a few locked entries on here that are a bit dodgy.
20. Name a great memory of the summer (any summer)
The endless pissing about that was sixth form, or Glastonbury.
21. Do you consider yourself a daredevil?
Not really.
22. Want any tattoos?
In theory I wouldn't mind, but in practice I think not.
23: Something you're terrified of.
Crabs, and becoming ill and not realising until it was too late.
24: Last time you laughed till you cried:
The other night at dinner. Can't remember what about.
25: Ever wet yourself laughing?
No, but it's been close at times.
26: Last time you played 'knock & run':
Can't remember ever having played it...
27: Last time you ate pizza and what was on it:
I think a few weeks back, I had a 4 seasons.
28: Last time you hid behind a door to jump out on someone:
Earlier this term.
29: Someone gives you three kittens, one ginger, one black, one completely white. What do you name them?
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and then make someone else have them as I don't like cats.
30: The most annoying place to itch
just above the knee when wearing jeans... because you can't reach the itch by going in from the ankle, nor can you scratch effectively through the material. Thus a trip to a toilet cubicle is required to get access without being accused of public indecency.
