relationship investments
and so as of about 1/2 hour ago, i'm single again. w is going to try to reconcile with his ex-wife. they're 5 years divorced and 3 hours apart. never occurred to me there was any possibility there. he was honest and needed to follow his heart...i can't find fault with him. is a 10 year lost relationship worth trying to workout, if even at the expense of a 3 month great relationship--i'd say they can't compare. perhaps in the future it will be more important to me to know who initiated the divorce...
better only 2-3 months invested than 2-3 years.
....i'm not sure...after having this happen two times in a row...how much i can let myself invest upfront in a relationship....i invested less, given the same amount of time, in this than the previous to protect myself...is that anyway to live? well i'm a little bit of a mess, but not as much as the last time, so i guess that's about the only benefit of being somewhat cautious in a relationship.
