I would like to expand Godwin's law to include any mention of: Russia, China, Cuba, North Korea, Stalin, Mao, Kim Jong Il, Communists, Fascism, Socialism, and terrorism. Furthermore, I would love it if f I could somehow block any writing online or in print of anyone mentioning those things in an inappropriate and hysterical/emotional context. Not to say that they can't print it, I would just like a magical doodad to just block it from my site. Like a magic black marker that lives in my eyeballs that would just cover it up before my brain could see it.
Actually, what I'd really like is for a cartoon boxing glove on springs to come shooting out of a computer any time someone writes about these things in an appropriate manner. That's probably being not accepting of other's freedom to spew nonsense and so, I'd just be happy if I could magically edit it.
Sometimes I channel my mother and I just want to write to these people and say, "Use your words" .
