Well, folks, I am done! Thus begins my stint of laziness.
Actually I have a lot planned for the next month. Some people think their lives would be empty without school or a vocation. I am not one of those people. I have an amazing propensity for entertaining myself.
I finished my paper on "Winesburg, Ohio." I am slightly nervous about it; I bent a few rules. I remember believing that I had written a good paper, but upon reviewing it the next day, feeling a little panic. I wrote about the role of the storyteller as a savior of the grotesque, and linked the concept of the grotesque into Edgar Lee Masters' "Spoon River Anthology."
We're playing a show at the metacafe on the 17th. If you're near sturgis, come on out!
