I put my peas in, but I'm not sure they'll live. I started them inside so they had a chance to sprout...last year the birds or squirrels or something ate them before any of them sprouted. Yesterday was a beautiful day and would've been a great time to get the poor things acclimated to the colder weather, but I was enjoying a lovely day INSIDE with freaking bloody goddamn solo and ensemble...not that I'm bitter. So, into the ground they went today, because I'm worried that they're getting uncomfortable in the warmth of the house...they were getting wilty. It's really freaking cold today...45 with wind...so I'm sure the wind chill is in the 30's...clearly not ideal planting conditions. But, it's early, peas grow quickly, so if these die, there's some time to get another batch started. Ilona was really excited to get them in the ground. :D
The tomatoes have sprouted in their little seedling tray, but they have 5-7 more weeks inside, whether they like it or not.
