1. Pick one dozen movies that are ones that you have special feelings about.
2. Pick a few lines of dialogue that mean something to you.
3. As people guess the film, strike out that entry.
4. If possible, after the film is guessed, explain why that movie made the list.

1. "Whatever I am, he made me! I was adorable once, young and full of hope. And now look at me! I'm this short, fat, insecure, middle-aged THING!"
"I made you short?"
Hilarious, hilarious movie!

2. "But for now, let me say - Without hope or agenda - Just because it's Christmas - And at Christmas you tell the truth - To me, you are perfect - And my wasted heart will love you"
Say it with me now: Awwwwwwwww.

3. "I guess you could say we broke up because of artistic differences. He saw himself as alive. And I saw him dead."
How could you not love this movie?

4. "We'll always have Paris."
Dedicated to my fellow L&Lers. :)

5. "I'm happy that you've made the statement. But I cannot agree with most of my colleagues. See, I don't think an adult of your intellegence should be commended for simply, at long last, telling the truth."
Yay for...being honest?

6. "I don't exactly know what I am required to say in order for you to have intercourse with me. But could we assume that I said all that. I mean essentially we are talking about fluid exchange right?"
Yay for ... being honest? (Part II)

7. "What do you do when the thing you most wanted, so perfect, just comes?"
This movie has lovely music.

8. "I carried a watermelon."
Best. Line. Ever.

9. "Would you give me some suggestion? For some say France and others Spain, and some cannot abide foreigners at all. So I am not sure how best to please you unless I married one of each." Edited to be less obscure...hopefully.
A beautiful, angsty, and beautifully angsty movie.

10. "Now try to get this straight: there is nothing between us. There has never been anything between us. Just air."
Heh I love this movie to pieces. I remember in seventh grade, I memorized most of its lines.

11. "If Brooke Shields married Groucho Marx their child would have your eyebrows!"
The movie for my inner fluffy preteen girliness.

12. "You can lose all your points for any one of three things. One: If you cry. Two: If you ask to see your mother. Three: If you're hungry and ask for a snack!"
One of the few movies that made me cry for real. I guess I lose all my points.
