I enjoyed discussing our collaborative project with you today. Attached is a very ghetto sample product created with the Paint program. I wanted to release a prototype quickly in order to gauge the feasibility of this project. Furthermore, I would like you, a prominent stakeholder and the likely end-user, to see evidence of new developments. Therefore, I have chosen to approach this project using the spiral methodology, which will allow us to release different aspects of this project separately and assess the amount of risk involved for each component.
