What: After Mission: I'm on a fail boat, Rukia comes back to the island's shores to be caught in the rain. Exhausted and bad weather don't mix. Totally hiding from the fact that she has a fever.

She had gotten her hopes up way too high. Finally, there was a way off the island, or so she thought. She assisted Kaiba with his operation only to have it end in failure. It was to be slightly expected. If the island can will people to come and go, then how would anyone just up and leave? If there was any type of punishment, she was feeling it now. Her body felt heavy and it wasn't because of her damp clothing. She was cold, but also felt hot. Her small body dragged on.
Damm. This came at the worst time didn't it?
That's what happens when one doesn't sleep and continues to push themselves.
Rukia knew there was no way she was going to make it back to her apartment and for some reason, they were all closed anyway. She saw the camps in the distance and made her way there. That would be the only way she would be able to rest. But it plagued her mind.

It didn't matter. No, it didn't. Rukia moved forward. For a moment she fell down to one knee. Her vision doubled. She tried her best to focus on something, anything, so she could see straight again. And when it did, she stood up and continued to move forward.
