Had a wonderful work out at gym today. BP was excellent and time seemed
to breezed through. However, Toby didn't seemed to be on form today, he
missed a couple of beats and forgot some stuff. He was fault free until
today. Anyway, was still a good session. He smiled to me again today.
hehe. see, i've got this secret crush on him! Nah, it's more of
admiration. And for the many sessions i have been there, he never once
smiled or talk to me, until a few weeks back, he actually said to me
"So how was it?" (referring to the session). I was quite taken aback at
his suddent friendliness i was alittle lost for words and also coz i
admired him, my heart was pounding! (note, all this happened with his
wife beside him lor!) Then the following session, he smiled and said
the same thing to me. And then today, i was telling ivan that Toby
might speak to me again and he did! hehe... so exciting. It's like
being 16 again. Anyhow, think today's the last time i'll see him coz
i've terminated my membership. AHHHHHHH no more TOBY!!!! how????
heheh...alright, i'm acting silly here. he's a married man and i'm
attached so, i better stop my nonsense.
Moving on....
After BP, i continued with BC. Richard was absent so a substitute
instructor replaced him for the time being. This
super-duper-packed-with-energy-muscles babe was great. She turned
on the beat and she kicked-ass. I really gave my all this session and
it has been a long long time since i perspired that much. The feeling
was great and i felt refreshed. But my gym effort gone down the drain
when i came home and had 2 servings of rice. Yes, i'm a pig! I
can be determined to work hard, to push myself physically but i can't
stop myself from eating. seriously. i can never go on a freakin
diet. Unless you lock me up in a cell and stop me from getting near any
food.
So, gym tomorrow again. Going to be the fit chick for an hour
then to the glutton after that. Speaking of which, i was at
Gardens City today and i bought a book on Yoga, thinking that i'll pick
that up and do some contortionistic moves at home when i'm done with
gym. Got it at a bargain. Wanted to get a nice book to read but nothing
caught my eye. Been a while since i read a book that i want to read.
The last time i read was The Alchemist and 7 Habits of Highly Effective
People, which were a requirement for my course. So since i'm so bored,
i shall indulge in some good reading. I'm more of a thriller, mystery
reader, think Patricia Cornwell and Mary Higgns Clark. Any books to
recommend???
