Here are the top five foods I ate while I traveled (I figured a funny one first)
8. Peanut Butter. yes, how dumb is that...but England doesn't know what they are missing out on when they don't have REAL peanut butter, that good stuff with allll the trans-fatty acids!!! but Germany, Austria and Switzerland have the good stuff and it sustained both me and my bank account on multiple occasions!
7. Gelatto/Gelatti. all over, wherever we found it, it was amazing...and good...and ice cream is all i have to say...and family addiction...and none here...thus yeah, loved it!!!
6. All various desserts. Between the apfelstreusel and apfelkuchen and cheesecake and chocolate cake and other various desserts i had throughout europe,i'll even include chocolate of all nationalities in this group...cause they were absolutely yummy!!! some a bit overpriced..but good! i'll also include the doughnut pretzel i had in Salzburg...that's right...a doughnut, shaped like a pretzel..and it was good, almost fresh off the line krispy kreme good...but that might be cause i'm totally missing W-S and my KK soo much! :-D
5. Weiner Schnitzel. I'm moving up to meals now, cause yeah, it was the meal that was good...i love german food! (i had this in Austria)
4. Boiled Beef. In Vienna. with Ali...it would have made the list just for that point, but yeah, the food was amazing too...it was boiled beef (tastes better than it sounds) and then potatoes and creamed spinach on the side and there was an apple/horseradish sauce and some other cream sauce which were astoundingly yummy, as was the creamed spinach, which looked like...well, creamed spinach. then the amazing accordiam player made the evening even better!!
3. Tortellini. In Rome, by the Pantheon...this would be the altogether best overall meal experience of the trip (not to mention the most expensive) but totally amazing...the tortellini was the big "O" worthy...it was like heaven had come down and found my plate...i mean, wow! there's just not the appropriate adjective for how good it was!
2. Mango and Duck Kabobs with vegetable rice. in Spain...soooooo yummy. i adore mango and duck is quite tender and amazing!!
1. Farmer's Plate. In Fussen, Germany...it was sauerkraut, sausages, a pork loin and boiled potatoes...so amazingly delicious i almost fainted!!! (i tell ya, i LOVE german food...maybe cause i am german?)

I think this is a decent list of good foods that i had around europe...next list...worst foods...or not...suggestions are welcomed on what i should list next...a ranking of the hostels i stayed in? top palace? best castle? best beer? best public transport? favorite country? favorite city? i could go on...but please...vote/suggest topics for me to rank!
