I am sore from running on the treadmill yesterday. I haven't ran in a long time so now my feet hurt and my back could use some stretching. I think I need to get sports bras when I can afford them. I can't find any of my other sports bras and its kind of irritating ( Read more... )

Besides my mother being very moody, it was a wonderful day. I did yoga, worked on my stability ball, hung out with my fiance all day and tried to eat right. I've noticed something about my desire to lose weight when my fiance is home. It completely disappears! :-( It's not that he is forcing me to stuff my face with fatty and sugary foods...its the fact that he still eats that kind of food around me. I'm attempting to get myself early every morning to exercise now. So I got up at 5 a.m. because I actually went to bed early last night (11:15 PM) and couldn't sleep any longer. Anyone ever have a food that they absolutely loathed as a child? For me, it was Saurkraut, pickled eggs and red beets. I absolutely hated all those foods as a child. And all of sudden starting with saurkraut...I began loving the food. Did a half hour of yoga this morning even though I feel like crap. I feel a little bit better but I don't like the idea of not being able to breathe correctly when doing yoga. Well, mum forgot to get the tape measure so I'll pick one up tomorrow. I did buy a yoga mat though! Yay! I can't wait to use it tomorrow morning. It's rather late. I need to learn how to go to bed early because that helps with weight loss. I have work in the morn anyway...
