i sincerely hope that this doesn't need mentioning, but i hope that everyone in this country is planning to vote in the upcoming federal election on january 23rd. vote for whoever you want. or spoil your ballot. or eat your ballot. you might get a voter's card in the mail, but if you're a student and you move around a lot, you probably won't. so you'll have to bring ID with you on voting day. www.elections.ca should lay it all out pretty clearly.
