In this game, there are teams located all over the world. However, each team has a set of common locations that they are able to visit.
Theater
Every group has a theater that they perform and practice in. Here they will get lessons in the theatrical arts as well as put on performances. All of the theaters differ from one another in architecture, but all provide the same functions. All of the theaters are equipped with the usual, such as a green room, scenic shop, costume shop, dressing rooms, props room and so on.
All of the theaters have a proscenium stage. Here is an example of such a stage:
Now, not everyone is familiar with theater terms. In order to help everyone out, here is a
link to a handy list of terms. You may or may not need these, but it never hurts to have them around to be safe!
Mansions and Training Fields
All teams are provided a mansion to live in. Teammates will share a roof, but everyone will be given a private bedroom. These mansions are a lot like extravagant dorms with commons areas and a dining hall. You can decorate your room anyway that you wish and you are not forced to use the commons areas if you don't wish to. It's preferred, but not a requirement. Each of the bedrooms are 10x12, but the other rooms of the house are much larger.
These mansions are often located in isolated areas in order to have training grounds. Each mansion has an area where the teams are able to train for combat. These are areas located out back behind the gardens. If you weren't aware it was there, you probably wouldn't find it. Even if you did, it's only obvious to those within the program what it is.
Apartments
If you don't want your character living in the mansion, they can ask for an apartment. These will vary in size and location, but the Imperial Capital Defense Program will pay for it.
You are free to have your character search for places to live and request to live there. If the request is granted, they can move in. You can only have apartments that are within the city the team is located in or in a surrounding suburb. They cannot be located on the other side of the country or anything ridiculous like that. Keep in mind, the Imperial Capital Defense Program does have a budget. This means that you can't get a luxury apartment unless you pay for it out of your own pocket.
Imperial Capital Defense Offices/Workshops
The mechanic workshops are located under the mansions. This is where koubu are stored, repaired and built. If you have a mechanic, they will be working here. They can also request a bedroom in the basement or the upstairs part of the mansion. If they're not interested in that, they can have an apartment.
The offices are located under the theaters. This is where the higher ups work, along with other office workers. The basement is where command (mods) give out orders, but it's also where, for example, Pam in Human Resources will be doing her paperwork. They don't look all that different from typical offices, except for the fact they don't have windows.
Theater Restaurant and/or Bar
All of the theaters have a restaurant and/or bar in them. Here, patrons can find a hot meal or a cold drink. If you have someone who'd like to be on waitstaff or a chef, this is where they'd work. They are connected to the lobby of the theater.
The menus vary from theater to theater. Local delicacies will be there, but so will dishes that are inspired by Imperial Capital Defense members. Members of the Imperial Capital Defense Program can eat at these restaurants for free.
Theater Store
The theaters will have a small store located in the lobby. This is where patrons can buy merchandise of all kinds. What is sold at these places varies. If you play a vendor, you can decide what your character sells. It can't be too silly though. If you start selling baby elephants, mods will probably ask you to settle down.
Suggested (but not mandatory) items to sell: DVDs of performances, merchandise based on plays/actors, clothing, stuff animals, books/magazines/newspapers, autographed pictures, and CDs of music from the plays or CDs from actors.
Other
Surrounding locations, like pubs or department stores, will all vary on the location of the team. All it takes is a bit of research for each city/country. We ask you refrain from making up places to keep everyone on the same page.
