So.. I got myself a new pressie. A nice new iPod Touch. But it has the firmware 2.1 on it. However, my huge problem is that MM isn't updated for the new iPod Touch firmware. (its name is Sakura - I was always saving that name for something special. And now I can use it. :p ( Read more... )

yeah i've seen things for flac on mac but not flac and itunes on windows. ergh stupid software.

see.. i have that. i need something that will let iTunes even recongize the flac. not the flac plugin itself. Thanks anyway though.

i tried that already too. and it doesn't work for iTunes 8 and/or vista.

lol on the other hand vista's been wonderful for me since i got my laptop last year. and this is the first time i've had any problems on it really.

I'm not haivng a hard time converting to mp3. No, that's far from the case. I just want something to handle all of this manual stuff until MediaMonkey's devs figure out Apple's new hashing to get music on the ipod. Because having to use iTunes just bites.

Currently I'm using mediamonkey to convert to V0 VBR mp3, depositing all of those files onto my desktop without putting them into my library then dragging and dropping the whole thing into iTunes. It works but is very cumbersome.
