Another classic that I can't believe took me forever to finally read. The story centers around Anne Elliot, a single woman in her late 20's, who gets a second chance to rekindle a romance with her true love, Captain Wentworth. A man she was persuaded to dump when she was much younger. But does he still love her? Of course he does! Yes, predictable... but who cares. This is the type of story you wouldn't want to end any other way but the two lovers living happily ever after.
