The show started by Uchimura sensei asking them what they want to be when they are young.
Chii: I've wanted to enter Johnny's since I was in Kindergarten. (must be influence from Ohno)
Yuugo: I wanted to become a carpenter as I will look like a real man [Uchimura commented that can't believe that he entered Johnny's in the end]
After that Uchimura showed the ranking of popular occupation
But before he show the most popular occupation he asked Yamada what does he think is the first where he answered to be a celebrity.

When Uchimura sensei revelaed the first ranking, Yamada said that he had considered becoming a childcare teacher recently. Uchimura asked if it was after he entered Johnnys the he replied it was actually around 3 months ago cos he think kids are nice. ( I guess he'll be one good father...)
Then when the guest appeared, they showed the average salary of different occupations
But before that they ask Kasuga who has most comments when it comes to money to rank which will earn most first...

It is a hindrance when there is japanese music and japanese lyrics flowing into your ear when you are choosing your book.
Ayako asked Hikaru how does he know the answer then he replied that he goes to the book store very often keep thinking why do they play western music. Then he realise that is they play J-Pop it will be a nuisance. (good job Hika...really >.<)
This is also true in other shops which is why when you enter the shop you will only hear western music.

Yamazki asked if they have to walk in a narrow corridor like the clip. Uchimura sensei replied that the place was rented and it is the problem of budget.

Chii: True [that's the correct ans]
Ans: As long as it does not bring any discomfort to any patients, it is ok for doctors to wear their own style even if you wear pink. Nowadays doctors don't really wear white as it will bring discomfort to patients.
Yamazaki asked if it is ok if the doctors dye their hair which Ayako ans that it is ok as in the previous hospital she was in there was a gloden hair doctor.
3) Even if it is in the middle of the operation, there are doctors who will play music. True or false?
Yamada: As they need to concentrate so it is true that they will play music. [correct ans too ^^]
Ans: In an operation where the patient is fully anesthesic, the patient can't even hear anything. So the doctor can play any kind of music inorder to relax.
Ayako admitted that she had played Namie Amuro last time when she was doing an opearation.
In a situation where the patient is only half anesthetic, they can play songs that the patients like. (Imagine playing Hey!Say!JUMP song in an opearation XD)
4) The doctor will tell a young patients shocking truth. True or False?
Wakabayashi: False
Ans: False. [Uchimura sensei commented that there is some problem with the chracter of the doctor in the clip.]
In pediatrics, usually the will tell the condition to the gaurdians or parents. For adults, they will tell them the truth then convince the patients to recieve treatments.
5) When the heart stop for a moment, it is possible for the heartbeat to return. True or False
Kasuga: It should be impossible since the doctors had given up.
Ans: True. In reality, in 1999, at Aichi, there was a case where a 50 year old patient regain consiousness after his heartbeat stopped for 20mins (unbelievable O_O)
Kasuga asked why where Ayako replied this is the mystery of humans.
Uchimura replied that if the ending of the short clip was that the patient died then it would be bad which everyone agreed, as it is a sunday morning show.
At the end of the clip the young patient recovered and the doctor who saved him left. Ayako commented that due to time constraint, the pace of the clip was fast but in reality it is impossible for a patient to be able to run after they awake from an operation. Then they asked if doctors can drink alcohol when they are working as the doctor in the clip keep drinking alcohol. Ayako replied that usually they won't drink and the opearation they showed in the clip is fake.
Uchimura asked her who is the latest trend in the medical. She ans that there are more female doctors nowadays. In the past it is usually relationship between nurses and doctors but now there are doctors in relationship with each other. She even had done an operation with her ex-boyfriend before.
This section is basically a VTR where they go to an Italian restaurant to ask why is the food they sell so cheap. The spoke-person says that it is because they have a farm to grow the ingredients they need.
Then they went to a tempura don shop to see y they can serve so fast. This is because of the special design in the kitchen. All fried food will be cooked in 1 min and 30sec .
After that they went to a sushi shop where they had a comedian grp Rocchi to go there. In the shop there is a touch panel to order food. Every plate have a QR code under it and when the food had gone bad, there is a system that will throw away the food base on the QR code. Costumers will just put the place inside a hole at the table where the plates will be washed while being transported and the computer will help to caculate the no of dishes eaten.
Rocchi then went into the kitchen and discovered that there is a machine that is able to detect how hungry are the customers which will control the amt of dishes that r to be made. Also if the costumer had waited too long for a dish, there will be a sound to alert the stuffs. After that they had one Rocchi member vs the machine that makes the rice for the sushi and had hime to do the job of outting the ingredient on top of the rice. Apparently he failed and was called to wash the dishes but he messed up too.
In a beef don shop they buy comments frm the costumers while in a gyoza shop they use solar energy to generate electricity.
Q3) What is the thing done only when the master dies in the Sumo world?
Yakumitsuru says that it is not ans like crying or making a sad face.
Wakabayashi: mourning costumes contest (wld normal ppl even had the mood to do so =.=)
Yamada: Females can also enter the sumo ring unlike normal times. [Yakumitsuru commented that he knows well about sumo and that it was a good ans even though it is wrong]
Chii: To put down his hair as they have to set-up their hair usually.
Yuugo: To eat outside (shocked O_O)
Yamazaki: go on a diet =.=
Ans: They will wash their costumes for competition. Usually they will just hang it under the sun or smoke it with tea leaves. Basically it is not smelly. (no offence but OMG I'll faint if I have to wear it)
Q4) There isn't ??? at the basement of the department store.
Yamada: Cheap items. Because when I go there to buy fishes, it is more expensive than supermarkets. (Is he some kinda housewife =.=)
Yakumitsuru hinted them to think about the atmosphere there.
Yamazaki: There isn't any irritating people there.
Ans: There isn't any clocks around. This is done so that customers will be able to take their time shopping happily.
There is also many technical language in the deparment store.
五八様[go hachi sama] means regular customers
川中さん[Kawanaka san] means customers who does not buy anything (what if that's the person surname)
After the recording, they celebrated Wakabayashi B'dae and gave him an alarm clock as a present. What is special about it is that Yamazaki recorded the alarm which Wakabayashi say ppl will not feel good if they hear it in the morning.
