For better or for worse, this whole mess has been a step up...
If only my mom didn't insist on reminding me every other minute how lucky I am to have "such a wonderful boyfriend". Uhh. At least she approves, I guess? (but seriously Mom, believe me, I KNOW. XD I would not have said yes otherwise.)
