A question about hosting zips...

I just had a quick question about whether or not hosting the original zip files is all right or not? With the site down I didn't know where else to direct this. I'm about to open a sort of manga resource site on my domain Seraphita.net, with information, summaries, manga-ka info, etc. mostly focusing on Kaori Yuki works but also a few of my other

Normally we'd say no, but considering the site is currently very dead (stupid domain needs to unlock already ~_~) I'm going to say go for it as long as all the original files are kept in the zips and all that jazz. My only other requirement is that when the site goes back up, please remove them (unless you feel like hosting them for the site) and just link to the site instead :)
