A question about hosting zips...

I just had a quick question about whether or not hosting the original zip files is all right or not? With the site down I didn't know where else to direct this. I'm about to open a sort of manga resource site on my domain Seraphita.net, with information, summaries, manga-ka info, etc. mostly focusing on Kaori Yuki works but also a few of my other favorites. I was planning on linking to Sakura-crisis, but with the site down I was wondering if it would be all right to host a couple smaller titles like Boys Next Door, Gravel Kingdom, Bloodhound. I've worked with several scanlation sites that are fine with people hosting titles as long as it's in the original zip, but i'm not sure about Sakura-crisis, so I thought i'd drop by here and see if that was ok to do or not.

If it isn't all right that's perfectly fine, just thought i'd ask. And I hope it's ok to post this inquiry here.
