Why is it that almost every single time I clean anything, I hurt myself? Most of those times, I cut myself on something and that results in profuse bleeding.
Just now, I was cleaning Panda Sr. (my large stuffed tarepanda, who is the father to Panda Jr., my cute wittle tarepanda) because someone spilled tea or coffee or something all over him. Now, after getting a bath in hot water and copious amounts of OxyClean, Panda Sr. weighed about 18 times more than usual because he sucked up all the bath water (he has odd tastes, yeah?) and he needed to dry outside. Now Panda Sr. has no sharp parts, so how did I manage to cut myself you may ask?
Well, since Panda Sr. was newly clean, I didn't want to set him on the ground to roll around and get himself dirty (AGAIN) so I went to get a large stew pot and some wire mesh, so he could drip through the mesh and dry himself. I slipped while getting the pot out of the back of the cupboard, and my hand landed on the top of one of the other pot lids that has that lip to keep it stable. Sharp lip apparently as I started to bleed (still am a little).
Maybe I just should leave the cleaning to someone else.
cleaning,
pain,
