Shiny!

I'm alive. And we're well into the quarter now. Things are kind of tough, but I'm sticking with it. School work isn't too bad, it's about normal. Lots of homework and midterms, but not overwhelming...yet. Work, however, uggg. I'm finding it harder and harder to deal with things. Most of my workers are pretty awesome and do a good job without me having to peer over their shoulders. I even have a few CRCs who are most excellent and go above and beyond my expectations. And there's a few who really need to shape up. All of that is normal though. Recently, things have gotten a bit out of hand and various CRCs are making really random and sometimes incredibly stupid mistakes. And I'm finding that I just can't deal with the stupidity anymore. The things they are messing up on are really small and stupid, like re-shelving videos correctly so that the next CRC can find the video easily and I don't have hoards of angry professors who want to know why my CRCs are so incompetent.

Seriously, AAAARRRRRGGGGGG!

::breathes deeply:: I'll get over it, I just need to breathe a bit and calm down and get refocused again.

There is no possible way I'm going to get everything done that I intended to get done for Hart...Bootcamp and Picnic Day documentation, getting Hamms updated and fscking working, finishing the SOPs for Hart....but I digress...

Wanna see something cool? I just made the following for Amy's X-mas present. I twisted and hammered and shaped and put this together myself. I'm really proud of it:

And a close-up of my favorite part:

And I'm off for the night, day, week, whatever.
