I finally got to put in my second vote (I know we're supposed to put in three but there aren't that many available. I do hope you can forgive me for that.). So I can finally participate in this fun little activity. ♥

Nicknames: Most people usually refer to me as Cat. Just a simple foreshortening really, but I prefer it. There's also ChoHakkaiFan and Ensui_Fan being my internet names and persona's in which you all know me by. As well as Hakkai and Ensui for both of my MySpace RP accounts.

Likes: Anime, manga, and anything affiliated to Japan to with my rather deep rooted otaku nature. I love studying about various foreign cultures as well as their languages in one day hopes to see the world more. Almost naturally, being a Saiyuki fan I am also a Y fan. I like sweet foods as well as salty foods. I like to write, as well as draw. I'm an illustration major so hopefully one of these days I can be good enough to sell my artwork. I also enjoy videogames, roleplaying, and being an overall computer junkie.
Dislikes: I don't really have dislikes so much as "pet peeves". Furries, emos, they irk me but to a degree in which I would just tease them. (Strangely enough I have a lot of "emo" or "furry" friends.)I have a tendency to protest against the popular vote, don't really know why. But I will refuse to see anything once it becomes mainstream. Also I have a strange dislike for watermelon. ::Shrugs:: Go figure.
Hobbies: Drawing, writing, RP-ing. I like to collect anime as well as play the cello from time to time. I sketch constantly. And I also spend my time in various college clubs designing things for the school newspaper as well as VP-ing the anime club.
Strong Points: Hnn, well I suppose I'm a bit of a strong person really. I'm an optimist, so whenever someone is experiencing any kind of issue they usually come running for me to consul them. I'm good with advice and I've always been known to keep a wide smile despite the worst of times. I'm a good listener, as well as good with keeping personal information. I suppose at time I have a habit of mothering people, but only when times are desperate and they wont do anything for themselves. (Which is sort of funny really, since I'm horrible when it comes to taking care of myself. But that goes in weak-points, doesn't it?)I suppose I can be considered smart, seeing as the past while now I've been managing to keep up good grades in college, despite how busy I get at times. I'm also not a quitter in the slightest, if I am tasked to do something, I will do it even if it brings about the death of me (ahaha). I will clean if someone tells me to with ease, but when it comes to things like my room I have a tendency to fall short. I'm far to stubborn as well. Usually when someone gets into an argument wit me I refuse to back down. When I believe I'm right I have to prove I'm right until all others think I'm right as well (even sometimes when I later discover I'm completely wrong). I'm also a bit lazy at times, as many of you have realized with my uploading the Saiyuki Burial series, things have a tendency to linger in the back of my mind, often telling myself I'll get to them "eventually". Also, I suppose I'm a bit of an attention seeker. I admit I like having a bit of a big head, and if there is anyway to make myself known I will do it. (I don't really need money, I just want to leave an impact)
Your general mood: Very happy-go-lucky. I giggle quite a bit and am known for smiling and laughing. I'm also quite a bit affectionate and love to outwardly display my like for someone via clinging onto them like a leach from time to time. Also usually fairly polite as I've mentioned before. Calm, Normal, or Hyper: Hmm, a strange mix between calm and hyper. Really it depends on the situation, but I can pretty much be between both. (Far from normal though)
Outgoing or shy/reserved: I'd say fairly outgoing. I'm not afraid to make myself known amongst the masses and am fine with standing up and saying things for a greater number of people.
Optimist or pessimist: I'd say optimist for the most part. I have a strong belief that no matter what you go through, and how hard tough times may be, they are bound to get better eventually. Of course you have to be a realist with things and always keep aware that there is time for failure, but that's just what makes you stronger, no?

Passive or aggressive: Extremely passive. I know this for a fact seeing as people usually complain to me for being so. You will often see me shrugging things off. Thinking "oh alright" I'll work on it later.
Leader or follower: I suppose, as I've mentioned before I'm a bit of a subconscious leader. I mean I'm fine with being the second-in-command type more then anything else (like I said, VP int he anime club) its just as much work with less responsibility on your part. But when the actual leader is away I'm more then willing to fill in for the part.
Night or day: Night I'd have to say. I have a hard time waking up in the morning (though I have been doing better as of late) but due to my internet and telephone addiction (as if I were still a teenager) I have a habit of accidentally staying up far too late for anyone else in the households taste.
Summer or winter: I'd have to say summer. ::Nods:: I live on a beach front and, even though it's when the tourists roll around, admittedly the weather is much more comfortable. The plants are in full bloom and look so very pretty. It's a time when you can just sit out side, tilt your head back, and soak up the suns rays.
Magic or weapons: A bit of a tough question there. I mean, usually when I play RPG's I take on the part of Martial Artist or Rogue. Which even though they're weapons they're not MAJOR weapons. Usually relying on speed and stealth and inner strength. @_@ I'm also usually subbed a white mage just so I can heal myself. Uh, I can't decide.... (Also a very indecisive person)
Favorite Food: As stated before, usually anything sweet or salty. I love asian cuisine with a passion. But I'm also a big fan of desserts. I also have strange tasted as well. I have a tendency to be caught drinking the pickle/olive juice out of its container. Raw vinegar too. ^^ ::Nods::
Favorite Animal: I love animals in general. By kitty and puppy being my two most favorite love. I swear I'm going to die a little on the inside the day I have to move away from them. But overall, I love Siberian tigers. Their white fur mixed with the cool blue of their eyes, it's so pretty.
Favorite Color: Anything considered a cool color really. You'll always see me wearing something blue. Though green is a close second. Purple third but some distance away from the other two.
Favorite Subject: Oddly enough I'd have to say my Japanese courses. My last teacher left so much of an impact on me that I wish to learn it fluently and maybe one day go for the JET program.
Favorite Place: Locally I'd have to say some sort of garden area. Just the though of sitting amongst grass and flowers, basking in the rays of the sun sounds nice. Although internationally, like a true otaku, my dream is to one day move of to Japan. ♥
You are at a restaurant and want to be alone. Someone you don't know very well sits at your table and starts chatting to you. What do you do?
Knowing myself, I'd probably stare at them in a confused manner for some time before finally giving into them despite my urge to be alone. The next thing I know I'd be partaknig in freindly conversation with them finding any oppertunity to make up an excuse so that I may leave without seeming rude. I hate hurting peoples feelings. @_@
How do you handle conflict (whether it be with others, or situational)?
With an internal conflict I often have a strange tenancy to become detached. Usually shrugging the issue off and ignoring it thinking to myself "one of these days it will solve itself". But when there are conflicts with others. Well, I hate having people dislike me, I often think it's the worst feeling int he world. So I also have a tenancy to give up my stubborn ways and apologize as soon as possible with tears in my eyes just so that everyone can be happy again. I also have a strange habit of playing the middle-man in other peoples conflicts. Trying my best to keep people from hating one another unnecessarily.
How do other people tend to describe your personality? Well, with this question I decided to ask one of my good friends rather then answer it myself. (It is other peoples oppinions after all, right?) And this is what she said:
"Bubbly and cheerful but stubborn to a fault. Analytical and over logical. Sensitive but you try to cover it up with how much things affect you. You really like taking care of others around you, but you act like a crazed youkai when on your period."

Who is your favorite Saiyuki character and why? I have two really. First and foremost as many of you must know by now I'm a big Hakkai fangirl. Just something about his secret dark side really gets to me. Like making me shudder out with happy vibes. (I have a tenancy to like really like dark and twisted things, and Hakkai with his past and current status always leaves me in awe ♥) Secondary then being Ensui, the most minor of villains in which most Saiyuki fans don't even know. I remember sitting on the train some time ago only to come across him on the back of one of the volumes. I fell in love with him after spending so much time trying to figure out more about him BECAUSE he is so unknown. Mmm my pyromaniac. ♥
Your least favorite Saiyuki character and why? Hnn, that's a toughie really. I have a tendency to like all of-- oh wait--- that's right... I detest Sanzo with a passion! He doesn't deserve to act as cruel and overly emotional as he does. I mean look at him compared to those around him! He seriously has the least jarring past and yet he he is acting like a whiny little baby for no reason at all! Seriously! Hakkais lover was raped- committed suicide and he completed mass murder and he's still smiling! Gojyo was abused as a child and had his mother killed in front of him by his brother as well as had to deal with all the sexy noises mommy and Jien made with one another all night! And look! he's doing fine! You think you're life sucks!? Take their example and get over it! Day-um! *Huffs out in a rage her shoulders tense* @_@ Mgg... sorry, I think he's the only thing that really riles me up these days.
