Unfortunately, the photos I took yesterday (Friday) didn't come out. Imagine a really beautiful night sky with no extraneous light. Last night during my drive home I was struck by how bright the stars were, and I stopped to try to take a picture but without a tripod it's hard to get good night shots.
Anyway, two pictures today to make up for the missing day. For Valentine's day, we decided a nice dinner was in order, so I found this recipe. It was wonderful. The first picture is mid-assembly, and the second is the final result. I give you... Pancetta Wrapped Pork with Breadcrumb Filling and Tomatoes (with pan roasted potatoes and sauteed green beans)!
