Sailor Moon Wigs - Need Information

I was looking for some information on where people recommend to look for a good quality, cheap (under $60) Sailor Moon wig. Do the good wigs come with detachable ponytails? Is there a new official Sailor Moon wig? (Can I get a good one at a party store

There are usually quite a few good quality wigs on ebay for at least 40. And some of them I believe have detachable ponytails.

This is where I got my Setsuna wig. While they don't have a Moon wig right this second, they usually get them in. They're a decent price and good quality. I don't know if they have detachable ponytails though. I know Setsuna has a detachable bun.

As for at a party store, I have never seen a good quality wig come from a basic party store.
