Sailor Moon Wigs - Need Information

I was looking for some information on where people recommend to look for a good quality, cheap (under $60) Sailor Moon wig. Do the good wigs come with detachable ponytails? Is there a new official Sailor Moon wig? (Can I get a good one at a party store?)

I have an official Sailor Moon costume and want to add the wig for accent for my work Halloween party. :P

Any advice is appreciated. ^.^
