I am still counting down!
OK... so i bought my tickets to go home... i am soooo incredibly excited. i have not seen my family in almost six months... its four days i am going home for, and it's pretty all much all i can think about!
so yesterday, i went to the mall, Gurnee Mills, and saw two movies, "Mindhunter" (terrible! terrible! horrible!) and UNLEASHED, with Jet Li.... which was awesome and completly recomendable.
Lately, alot of my friends here on base have been graduating from their schools, and heading out to the 'fleet', i am excited for them, but feeling lonely that they are all leaving. this is how it will be for my time in the Navy, though, people come and people go... so i suppose i'd better get used to it, right?
I am not on duty today, either, so my goals are to go work out, eat omelets at the galley (delicious on the weekends!), take a few naps :), iron my uniforms, some laundry, and definatly clean my room.... Oh yeah, and STUDY STUDY STUDY because I have a RADAR test coming up that everyone fails.
