Inner Anchors - attacks?

I'm trying to come up with attacks for the Inner Anchors - that is, Sailor Sam, Sailor Ed, Sailor Steve, and Sailor Rob.

So far we only have the one - Sam's "Snakes on a Chain".

Help me out. Here's my mental organization of the Inners so far:

Sailor Sam
Counterpart to Venus ("Love-Me Chain!")
Guardian owl, Jason Jonesemis
Schtick: Being Canadian
Aura: brown (dark orange)
Notes: red-and-white trim with maple leaf motif

Attack: "Snakes on a Chain!"

Sailor Ed
Counterpart to Mercury ("Shabon [Soap Bubble] Spray!")
Has a computer with frequent trouble
Regular segment: "Digital Watch"
Aura: denim blue
Notes: uniform based on jeans & collared shirt, rather than the usual suits

Counterpart to Mars ("Fire Soul!")
Regular segments: "Produce Pete", "Even Stepvhen"
Aura: brown (dark red)

Counterpart to Jupiter ("Supreme Thunder!")
Schtick: Being from Boston
Aura: dark green

I'm trying to get this core group sorted out, so please ponder them and share your ponderings.

(Of course, if you have any attack inspiration for the Outers, or for that matter the Starlights or Animamates or anyone at all on the list, don't hold back!)
