Alternate design: Princess Liberty
I was thinking (since Tuxedo Stephen already wears a modified tux) about changing Stephen's prince form into a modified Tek Jansen outfit. (Prince Jansen?)
But then I got sidetracked thinking about an alternate Jon-princess-form design to go with it, and this was the result. (Until now I'd always been drawing him in the standard Princess Serenity dress.)
Based on this artbook picture.
If Usagi's princess form is named after an abstract noun (Princess Serenity), then I figured Jon's would be:
Princess Liberty.
I've also been using a star as his symbol (in place of the crescent moon), because the capital C (which I used for Junior) seems too Stephen-centric for a Jon-centric universe. I also thought about using the Star of David, the way I did for Jewy Heart Mouse; but that was Jewish-specific, whereas a five-pointed star is more generically American.
Edit: Added a bit of shading to Stephen's jacket, and made the star white.
I'd been coloring the star yellow, but only because the original crescent moon is yellow, while the flag-type star is white. White fits better with the Princess Liberty color scheme, too.
Now that I've demonstrated that I put waaaay too much thought into this, does anybody else want to offer their opinions?
