my left knee ACL reconstruction surgery...
My op was very smooth and a great success. My doc said I'm likely to be able to get back to almost 100% of what I was before I tore my ACL, so I'm glad. Also, I thank God that I didn't have any post-op complications from the GA and all the painkilling drugs they put into me.
I'm now staying with my parents, and while it's great that I don't have to work for a month or so, this first couple of days hasn't been fun at all. I'm quite adept at moving around on crutches, so mobility isn't the problem. My biggest buggeration right now is that I'm actually experiencing a lot of pain in my leg.
Ah well, it should get better over the next few days... ;-)
