I got my standard 5% annual pay raise yesterday. It’s a pretty decent percentage, but it irritates me that even with the raise, I’m not moving up in percentile within my paygrade for the company. they sure aren't giving me warm fuzzies. I thought I hadn't gotten my Federal refund, yet, and was really counting on the money. Turns out, I got it back in May and didn't even notice.
