Ah, sweet relief.

Ya know, it really helps reduce stress if you get enough sleep every night. I never realize just how disturbed my nightly sleep is, or has gotten, until I get a good, restful night.

With so many things on my plate right now, I've been trying to get to bed at a reasonable time, so I presummably would get enough sleep. Only I've been groggy and grumpy for the last week and a half regardless of the length of time I've been sleeping. So, last night I took an Ambien before bed. And, boy howdy, did I sleep like a rock. Woke up this morning much more refreshed feeling than in forever (and not falling asleep on the commute in to work) and have been tons more productive at work in the first 3 hours of the day than I was all day yesterday.

Ambien, I love you.
