you and your racist friend
i am prepared to be called a racist by all my friends. and you know what i may be.
i used to think that the real estate market was racist. i thought it was totally bogus that housing went down in value when the color of the neighborhood changed. and i think there is still something bogus to that. but what i can say is that i have noticed the noise level of our neighborhood increase as the color changes. i do not care what color my neighbors are, but i do expect them not to have very loud music paying all the time that says things like bitch, nigger, etc when my kids are around. and it is very frustrating to have that happening. boom, boom, boom (as my windows rattle and my nerves get tense). fuck off neighbors!
i am posting here bc i need to vent. it is about to get ugly between the two of us and i am trying to put that off as long as i can. from a purely financial point of view my neighbors have to understand they are harming their investment by acting like this don't they? not only that, but how can you be that inconsiderate? i know i am being self righteous, but i don't do stuff like that. or at least i don't think i do.
