When Ichabod entered the Nexus he was, as many are, surprised at his change of surroundings. This was not his house. In fact, it didn't look faintly like New York City. For one, NYC did not have a blinding sign intended for one to read.
Ichabod, after recovering from the initial shock (it took long enough), managed to read the sign in question.
"So, a question. Have you ever felt something be self-evident, and yet nobody else seems to agree with you?" He appears somewhat bothered by the reason for the question. "And how would you go about convincing others that there is a need for reform?"
