"Dreams, foul or fair - do they have meaning when one is awake? And if one is distrubed by unpleasant dreams, Is there a way to suppress them?" The Doctor questioned as he suppressed a yawn.
"I think dreams... normal dreams are the mind's way of cleaning up stuff and processing it. They may lead to insight to things that you've been trying to understand, but other than that, unless you're a precognative, they don't really mean much."
"When I was little and I had a nightmare, my mother would make me talk about something happy like rainbows and kittens. We wouldn't talk about the nightmare until the morning, if at all. Then she would arrange my stuffed animals around my bed to stand guard while I slept..."
He placed a hand on his forehead to steady himself, smiling faintly. "You know, perhaps talking to Lillith may ease some of the worry I have about it." And in a way, Aya did remind him a little bit of his sister.
"Some dreams have meanings, but not all. And they don't always mean what they seem to. As for surpressing them...that depends on what's causing them. Some people have nightmares when they're under too much stress, and are cured when they relax. Some have the dreams forced upon them by other things and those are much more difficult to stop."
The tall aristocrat listened to Ali speak, as he blinked - trying to clear the dizzy sensation from his mind. "I'd haven't been under much stress as of late," Georik placed his knuckle against his lip.
"Everythin' has meanin', I figure. Always. But they pro'lly don't apply t' you in the wakin'-times, if'n that's what you mean. I dunno how to get rid of nightmares."
"It hasn't applied to anything when I awoke," And he felt rather silly for searching his study just because a dream told him to. "Perhaps it does have more meaning then I thought originally," Georik folded his arms across his chest.

She ducks her head and blushes.
"I realize this may not be of any help to you."
