"Dreams, foul or fair - do they have meaning when one is awake? And if one is distrubed by unpleasant dreams, Is there a way to suppress them?" The Doctor questioned as he suppressed a yawn.
"When I was little and I had a nightmare, my mother would make me talk about something happy like rainbows and kittens. We wouldn't talk about the nightmare until the morning, if at all. Then she would arrange my stuffed animals around my bed to stand guard while I slept..."
He placed a hand on his forehead to steady himself, smiling faintly. "You know, perhaps talking to Lillith may ease some of the worry I have about it." And in a way, Aya did remind him a little bit of his sister.
"Aya," He repeated the name to help hims remember it as he carefully took to the sofa. "Thank you," Georik inclined his head as he pushed black hair from his face.
"Hm... I slept, but not well - almost like I never did, it is going on for the last three days," The doctor looked almost sheepish. "It goes in cycles,"
He sighed with some relief when the current phase of vertigo faded. Georik ran a gloved thumb over his own lips, as if weighing the question. "Mostly the dreams, once I wake up from them - I am... troubled by it to attempt to fall asleep." A shake of his head, and his bangs fall from his eyes.
And he's trying not to think of the black-haired fiend.
He did not notice he was being watched. "Yes, I'll speak with Lillith about them, talking may work after all." Georik pondered how his sister may respond.

She ducks her head and blushes.
"I realize this may not be of any help to you."

"Georik. It's pleasure. Please call me Aya.
"Lack of sleep is something I'm very familiar with. How many days have you gone without sleep?"
She sees an ever-so conveniently located nexus sofa.
"Would you like to sit down?"

"No wonder you are feeling dizzy. Is it dreams that keep you awake or something else as well?"

"Talking about bad dreams before you try to sleep is a bad idea, but perhaps if you talk about them while you are awake they won't seem so troubling."
