Hi, I'm Ophelia. I've been dating this guy for a while. He's amazing. I don't know where I'd be without him. We've been talking about marriage, which is great. I love him very much, but my family is a little bit...wary of him. He's politically well connected (well, so am I, but he's definitely higher up than I am) and my brother and father tend to be really overprotective (and his mother is downright creepy). They seem to think he's only after one thing. But they don't understand how much we love each other!
The truth is, he's been...persistant. It's not really acceptable for a girl like me to...give in to what he wants. My family would kill me. And him. But mostly me. But I love him! He says we'll get married if we do, but I still worry. He's going off to University soon, so I don't have a lot of time to decide.
