So a customer e-mails one of our techs:

Printer XXXX is printing the last page of a document first.
My tech comments: "I'd really like to write back, so, have you considered writing your document from the last page first to accommodate the printer's needs?"

So I came in to work on what is normally my teleworking day because we had a very important training session scheduled.

The training session was cancelled. Grumble...

We just showered one of my managers with nerf darts as she left for the weekend...

This is such a fun group of people to work with... GRIN
