Author's Notes: This is an Au to the Au series with Legolas ‘Missne’ Greenleaf, as it wont follow the main story, but I like the thought of what William became in At World’s End. There can be some spoilers of stories that are in my planning of the series, which would explain one or another thing here.
I also took some liberty to change some of how the legend of the Captain of the Flying Dutchman is told in the Disney films.

When Bill Turner stepped into the boat he could see how the crew on the Flying Dutchman helped Missne up from the water. They probably were surprised that anyone other than themselves was able to be under water longer than was normal for a person.
Will hadn't talked to anyone other than his father about who he actually was in love with. Bill didn't think many of them remembered Missne, since by now it was many, many years she had been here.
Understanding it was Will that had drawn Legolas to the Cape he couldn't wait much longer to meet him. Instead of letting Bill row him to the Dutchman he dive in and swam to where the ship was anchored. He was fast in the water. Close to the ship he get to the surface, looking up he could see Will stand at the railing, intensive watching. There were a few other crewmen doing the same.
It was Will that first saw him and shouted out orders to help him up from the water. When he reached the Dutchman it was only for him to climb up the ladder. Almost before he sat his feet on the deck he was enveloped in Wills arms.
"I have missed you so much. I have never forgotten you and hoped that one day we should be granted to meet again." Will kissed him.
"I have never forgotten you either. I have always loved you as I said I would. I never imagine this day would come…" Legolas told him as soon he was able to.
It was great to feel Will again. Legolas felt whole, which he hadn't done since their tearful goodbye so many, many years ago. After a long moment both dared not to let go of each other, missing how the crew were looking at them.
"Have you not other things to do?" Will barked at them and most of them disappeared to make what they were supposed to do. "Let's go to my cabin for some privacy." He said to Legolas.
Legolas followed his lover, since he hadn't much choice as Will kept a fast hold on his hand. He looked towards the shore and he could see that Bill had row little more than half the way to the ship. Continue to looking around he noticed that the ship was kept in the best possible way. Comparing it to when he last had been here it was way much better. The fearful aura that had been there then he couldn't feel this time.
Will hadn't gone the same way Davy Jones had did. He was more than happy for that, but there were so many questions he wanted answered, also so many things he had to tell Will. For a moment he sent a pitiful thought to Hermione, knowing he had things to explain for her to do when he would get back to Hogwarts. He was happy that his feelings of guilt weren't transferred over to Will.
Legolas looked back on some of the crewmembers that they passed, seeing how they were staring at him. Most of them seemed to have a desired gaze and those that didn't must think like he had learned last time it was bad luck to have a women on a ship. What would that hurt an already cursed one?
Will's cabin was the same that had been Davy Jones'. The large organ was still there, but of the look no longer used than as a place to put things on. William closed the door, embraced Legolas again, and kissed him in a frenzy.
"I love you… my lovely Edhellô… The years… have been… so… lonesome… without you… especially thinking… that we… never would… be able… to meet… again... both now immortal… locked in different… worlds."
Something that was rarely seen from the elf, his tears started running down. His emotions put him in direction of happiness to be in Will's embrace. He did not know or understand how this could happen or how it would end. Not knowing what it would do if they needed to separate again. It probably could very well be so and that maybe come all too soon. Though he pushed those thoughts long back, as at least now he was with his lover.
Legolas felt how his heart increased in beating and for a quick moment he wondered how he even for a short time been able to continue to live without Will. If he could done some magic he would have stopped time, so they could be close and only make love to each other. He was so happy to have learned that he hadn't totally lost Will.
Legolas started to undress him and began to relearn his features. It looked like Will had become darker in his skin and he had definitely more muscles.
"How I have missed you, melethron," Legolas told him. [lover]
"It has been hard and lonely without you too," Will repeated. He had been as eager to stroke Legolas.
"If I could I would never let you go again."
"Me neither, but we always known our love would suffer of being from different worlds."
"I wish we could change that and not only get what feels like stolen times."
"Me too, but now I am here, you are here… my love."
Legolas thought they talked enough and kissed Will fervently. He almost did not stopped to let Will undress him from his wet clothes. Legolas let his hands travel down to Will's bottom and hard shaft, kneading and stroking for get it harder. Feeling the precum from his shaft, he smeared that down for make the shaft wet.
Will had kissed and sucked at Legolas' neck, holding tight to him. They barely noticed that they had moved towards the bed until they had fell upon it.
Feeling that none of them could wait one more second Legolas changed their position so he came to be above Will instead of beside him. Legolas pushed himself as high up that he could sank down to have Will's shaft inside his body. When it was fully in he began to move in time with the ship's movement.
After minutes, Will growled in complaint of the slow motion, so Legolas increased the speed. When it came to be faster, Will let go of his restraint and took control of their act of love and meet him to when he came closer to his orgasm take over the lead.
"I am here…" Will managed to say just before he let his sperm shoot into Legolas.
"Muin, nan aear ar in elin!" Was the reply Will got from the elf. [Dear, by the sea and star!]
Legolas kept his hold on Will, not willing to lose their connection. He gave his lover a long kiss and after he let go he said, "Ist nîn be nau gîn, Vuin." [My knowledge is in accordance to your thought, Beloved]
