sagas_stories Summary: You never know when and where you will meet that special someone…
"Excuse me, would you be able to tell me where I can find the church?"
A woman startled him. It was a nice day and he had sat down on a bench, at the entrance to the park. He had his sunglasses on as usual and when there was a warming sun he had turned his face up, loving the feeling of the warmth on his skin.
He had to think if Bobby or someone had told him where the church was. He had heard the bells, but never visited.
"Sorry, but I don't know. I haven't seen anyone. I kind of new here."
"Me too. Do you know where I could ask?"
"There is a store quite close, they probably know." Sam knew he was being vague, but he couldn't describe where it was without revealing his blindness.
"Thank you. Would you be able to point out the direction?"
Suddenly Sam didn't want her to go. She had a nice voice. Not to shrill and she talked low, but not so low that he couldn't hear her. What age she was could he not tell, but guessed she was probably older than eighteen. She didn't sound like an old lady either.
"Actually I'm on my way there myself so I could follow you. My name is Sam." He held out his hand towards were he thought she stood.
"That sounds great, thank you. My name's Anne." She grabbed his hand. Sam could feel it's smoothness and that she shook with a firm hold.
