Exciting news, people!
sgabigbang, the fest where you write novel-length fiction and get pretty art done for you (or do pretty art for novel-length fiction), has opened up its sign-ups to non-Sheppard/Weir and non-Sheppard/McKay het and slash pairings (plus OT3 and OT4s). Any pairing in the lists in this poll are available in the sign-ups -- it's limited to that list to make sure every writer gets art.
But they're looking for prompts for the writer sign-ups. Prompts will be posted Wednesday so there isn't much time but if you have some ideas, please go spam the lovely thisissirius with your ideas. Please make sure they're fairly general prompts and follow the basic format of the other sgabigbang prompts. For example "Episodic: Missing: John is the father of Teyla's baby instead of Kanaan." or "Post-S4, Teyla's child goes missing." so that they can be used to create a much larger story. (Not that detailed prompts aren't great, but you want to give people as much wiggle room as possible.)
