Dreams
A couple of you might find this story amusing- especially you, calmlyquixotic.
I don't know if it was because of graduation happening yesterday or what, but last night I dreamed that I was coming home on the Metro (not sure where from, although earlier in the dream I was visiting a nice Asian couple in their 40s, so maybe there), and as I came up the escalator, I saw that Jim, Michael, Camille, Krystle, and Krystle's friend Erin were all waiting there at the station for me. They all waved and greeted me, and then we started up the next escalator to go out (you could tell it was a dream because this escalator seemed to lead into the mall nearby my house- it ended in a JcPenney's or something). As we went up, Jim and Michael were sharing some kind of weird joke (it was about dwarves, I don't know), Camille started browsing through the merchandise, and I think Krystle and Erin were off talking to each other. As we walked through the store we passed Amelia Adams, and as she passed the two of us exchanged mocking remarks before going our separate ways. And then I woke up. It was all so incredibly true to character; I couldn't believe it. (Except that I can't think of any reason why these 5 people in particular would be picking me up at the Metro.) So that was my weirdness.
So, graduation! I hear it happened, despite the cold and the rain! Congratulations, graduates!!!!
