I'm actually having a pretty good day, all things considering. I mean, I did come to an important decision and did a big thing: cancel the production of "Rocky Horror" we have been planning for this Saturday. It just got to be too much for everybody, and I couldn't see us pulling together in time. But that didn't necessarily make my day bad; it was just something that had to happen, and it's a weight off my shoulders, and while I'm sad I won't see the results of months of effort onstage, I think I'll deal. I can spend Saturday preparing for the new month ahead- clearing out my email inbox, making some space on my desk, getting a lot of extra sleep, maybe doing some laundry?
Workload has been light, and after dance being cancelled the last two times, I re-entered it this morning with a fresh enthusiasm. I was excited to begin my day with it, and I'm excited to end my day with it tonight. I have Global Village tonight, but the last time I went it was so much better than previous weeks. The kids have spring break next week, so I don't know if anyone will show up tonight. But I'll be there. And we have a choir rehearsal, but I think it'll be fine.

I'm actually having a pretty good day, all things considering.
